Internship & Training Program

Open to freshers, final-year law students, and first-year MBA students. These are training-first roles — you'll work directly on real matters under supervision, with honest titles that reflect what you're actually doing and learning. Top performers are considered for paid, full-time positions.

Legal Intern

Hyderabad

Drafting support, legal research, and case preparation under an advocate's supervision. Open to final-year law students and freshers. Strong performers are considered for an Associate Advocate role.

Business Development Intern

Hyderabad / Remote-friendly

Client outreach and growth support — open to first-year MBA students and freshers. Stipend is performance-based, including commission on business you directly help bring in. Strong performers are considered for a full-time Business Development role.

Office Coordinator / Paralegal Intern

Hyderabad

Case file management, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations support. A good fit for freshers interested in how a law firm actually runs.

HR / Accounts / IT Support Intern

Hyderabad

Support roles across hiring, basic bookkeeping, and office IT — open to freshers looking to build real operational experience inside a growing firm.

How this works: These are training roles, not guaranteed-salary positions — compensation is stipend and/or performance/commission-based depending on the role, and clearly discussed with you before you join. What you do get: real work, real mentorship, and a genuine shot at a full-time, paid role if you perform well. We're upfront about this from the start.

Long-term growth: Sincere, loyal team members who stay and perform consistently over time have a genuine path to grow into senior leadership roles at the firm — titles like CEO, Chief Legal Officer, or Chief Operating Officer, where relevant to the firm's structure at that time. This is earned through sustained performance, not something that comes with any starting role.
